Can I exchange or return articles?
Of course. We guarantee satisfaction with all articles ordered on our online shop. If you do have any complaints, we will of course refund the purchase price as soon as the goods are returned. Depending on the bank involved, it may take several days before your account is credited again. An exchange for a different size or colour is not possible. Instead we would ask you to place a new order.
What does it cost to send articles back?
It doesn't cost anything to return items. If you're not satisfied with your order, you can send it back at no charge.
You will find the return label in your package. Please note our guidelines for returns. These can be found in our Terms and Conditions. If the return label is not enclosed, please contact Porsche Shop Support.
What do I need to know if I return goods?
A return label is always included with your package, so please use this to return items. If you lose the label, contact Porsche Shop Support. Alternatively, you can pay to return the goods in the original packing with the completed return label to the following address: Dr. Ing. h.c. F. How long does it take to process my returned goods?
It takes approximately two to seven working days for the package to reach our warehouse in Germany. We then need up to another 48 hours to process your returns. At peak times we may need longer than 48 hours.
When will I be refunded?
Reimbursement can take up to 14 days. The refund will be made to the payment method you specify.
In which cases can I return items?
If you do not like the items ordered from our Online Shop, if they are not suitable or if you are otherwise unhappy with them, you have the option of returning your order free of charge up to 30 days after receiving the goods. Please note that this applies only to unopened, complete and unused items. You can exercise your statutory 14-day cancellation right without giving reasons. The timely shipment of the return is sufficient for this deadline to be met. Further explanations and information on the cancellation right, the conditions of the right and the consequences of the right can be found in the cancellation policy and the general terms and conditions.
Where can I drop off my return?
You can drop off your package at any DHL service point. You can find an overview of the drop-off options at: https://locator.dhl.com/ You can also simply give your return package to your DHL delivery courier free of charge.IMPORTANT: Please keep the posting receipt until you receive the refund. If you prefer to use a forwarding agent to return a shipment you received, please contact us using one of the options listed on the page.
How do I recognize dangerous goods (LQ) and how do I return such items?
You can recognize dangerous goods by the fact that a package has been delivered to you that has a black-white diamond on the outside. In addition, appropriate warning notices are attached to the outside of the product.
