Submitting a warranty claim is easy. Simply reach out to our Porsche Shop Support who will happily guide you through the process.

How do I properly return a product covered under warranty?

Once our Porsche Shop Support team has reviewed your claim and determined you are eligible for a warranty return, we will provide you with a return shipping label at no cost to you. Please pack the item securely, attach the shipping label and drop it off at your nearest shipping point for delivery. Once the item is received at our warehouse your refund will be processed.
