Porsches Design and Ananda Development share a vision. We push boundaries and deliver architecture. Through the collaboration, introduce Asia´s inaugural Porsche Design Tower, nestled in Thonglor, one of Bangkok´s premier districts.
The sleek facade of Porsche Design Tower Bangkok embodies the essence of sports car engineering. Meanwhile, the tower itself is home to spacious living quarters. Each residence boasts a private balcony complete with a pool and uninterrupted views.

To create the optimal open entry experience, a pedastal structure is needed for the podium levels. Instead of hiding the pedestal, it is exposed in the Porsche Design Tower Bangkok to highlight our engineered approach.

In the Porsche heartland, Porsche and Porsche Design are for the first time presenting a joint construction project. The Porsche Design Tower Stuttgart with hotel and office space and Stuttgart’s new Porsche branch are being built in the Pragsattel area of the city.

Spectacular views
The Porsche Design Tower Stuttgart stand right on the Pragsattel junction, the most important traffic interchange in the northern part of Stuttgart. This ambitious real estate project is developed in cooperation with the investor and project developer Bülow AG. In conjunction with the new Authorized Porsche Dealer, a striking highlight was created at Pragsattel.
Aiming high
The Porsche Design Tower Stuttgart will be one of the tallest buildings in Stuttgart and will house an exclusive four-star superior Radisson Blu hotel. The restaurant and bar on the tenth floor will offer a large rooftop terrace and a breathtaking view of Stuttgart's city center and Killesberg park. The building will also provide spacious office areas.

Exceptional architecture
Porsche Design and U.S. firm Dezer Development together developed the first Porsche Design high-rise residential building in March 2017 – an architectural and engineering tour de force. It combines characteristic features of the brand: functional design, technical innovation and forward-looking technologies.
Innovative elevator system
The highlight of the 60-story tower is the patented, revolutionary automobile elevator system. Known as the "Dezervator", the lift takes residents to their luxurious homes in their vehicles. The automobiles serve as keys to the apartments: integrated into each residential unit and separated from the living space only by a glass wall, each apartment offers 2 to 11 "sky garages".
A luxurious home in the clouds
The property sets innovative standards due to its clear design language and its integrated automobile elevators. The cylindrical shape of the building and the floor-to-ceiling windows allow its residents spectacular views. In addition to their individual fittings, the apartments also have use of a pool and outdoor kitchen.
