The comeback of an icon.

The Chronograph 1 – 911 Edition 50 Years Porsche Design combines tradition and innovation into a new icon. The typical technology transfer from motor sport and the reinterpreted historic design meet the highest standards of Porsche Design. Equipped with a dynamically waterproof case, the timepiece is powered by the COSC-certified Porsche Design Calibre WERK 01.240, which makes stopping, resetting and starting of successive time intervals in a single process possible with its flyback function.

Flyback – from the racetrack to the wrist.

The chronograph calibre with flyback function is the result of three years of development: successive time intervals can be stopped, started and reset in a single process. Now you can bring your connection to the racetrack to your wrist.

Porsche Design watch movement.

Porsche Design movement with excellent precision.

Even those who appreciate the past need a watch that keeps time in the present to the second. Inside the titanium case, this task is performed by the COSC-certified Porsche Design caliber WERK 01.240 with flyback function – a certification that is only awarded to watches with extreme precision. One finely tuned cog meshes with the other, just like in the strictly limited model with manual 6-speed GT sports gearbox and high-revving naturally aspirated engine. Still, the highest demands are the ones we place on ourselves. This means that without exception, each and every chronograph is checked once again by the factory for compliance with the COSC precision values before delivery. Quality standards that are a matter of course for Porsche.
