What types of delivery are offered?

Two delivery methods are offered: "Standard delivery" and, for bulky items, "Forwarding company".

How high are the shipment costs?

What carrier is used to deliver my order?

Deliveries are made by DHL.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

Delivery times may vary depending on the product. Specific information regarding the delivery time can be found directly on the corresponding product details page – below the 'Add to shopping bag' button.

When will I receive my order?

According to our General Terms and Conditions, delivery will be made to you within seven working days of receipt by us of your order, depending on availability of the goods.
