Chronograph 1 – All Titanium Numbered Edition with leather strap

Made entirely of titanium. And steeped in history. In 1975, Professor Ferdinand Alexander Porsche succeeded in reinterpreting the high-contrast look of the Chronograph I – with a Black dial and uncoated stainless steel. The matt surface reduced reflections just as reliably as the All Black original while at the same time giving the timepiece its own purist fascination. The Chronograph 1 – All Titanium Numbered Edition resolutely brings this design into the present: in a case made of glass bead-blasted titanium and state-of-the-art technology. With its leather strap made from original Porsche vehicle leather and Guards Red thread, the timepiece takes on a new form of expression that remains consistent with the sports car. Handcrafted and finished with a glass bead-blasted titanium folding clasp, it combines the natural feel of leather with the precise design language of the timepiece, reinforcing the close connection to the interior of the 911 down to the smallest detail. Thanks to Porsche Design's specific quick-change mechanism, the strap can be effortlessly changed without tools, allowing for greater individual freedom of expression.Handcrafted by master craftsmen at the new Porsche watch workshop in Grenchen, Switzerland.
