Care Instructions
To keep the Bean-To-Cup coffee machine performing at its best, clean the outer surfaces regularly after use, ensuring the machine has cooled down first. Use a soft, damp cloth with water, avoiding steam jets, abrasive cleaners, or products containing chlorine, ammonia, or bleach. Every time the machine is switched on, it performs a rinse cycle to clean and preheat the internal circuits. You can also run a manual rinse cycle for deeper cleaning. Regularly empty and wash the drip trays and coffee grounds container with neutral detergent, ensuring all parts are thoroughly dried before reassembly. The brewing group should be cleaned weekly under running water, or when suggested by the machine, using the supplied brush to remove any coffee residue — never wash it in the dishwasher. The water tank should be cleaned frequently to prevent limescale buildup, and the steam wand should be rinsed and cleared of any blockages once it has cooled, immediately after each milk preparation. The machine will alert you when descaling is required, based on water hardness settings. Follow the descaling cycle instructions carefully to maintain coffee quality and prevent damage.
