Where can I find the frame number on my Porsche eBike?

The frame identification number is located between the chainstays and the main frame on the bottom of the motor.

How do I find the right frame size?

The frame sizes of the Porsche eBikes are as follows: S = 156-170 cm, M = 168-182 cm, L = 180-194 cm.

How will the bike arrive when I order it?

The Porsche eBikes are delivered approximately 95% assembled in a transport box. The handlebars are turned in by about 90 degrees and no pedals are mounted. Video about unboxing & assembling the eBike: Unboxing video

Can I attach a child bike trailer to my new Porsche eBike?

The Porsche eBike is not generally authorised for use with a child bike trailer. The use of a child trailer is done at your own risk.

Which Porsche eBike is right for me?

The Porsche eBike Sport is the perfect choice for touring and sporty riding on gravel. The Porsche eBike Cross models are designed for off-road use and offer a little more reserves with 120 mm of spring travel at the front.

What do I need to set up the Porsche eBikes for them to be ready to ride?

In order to set up your new Porsche eBike so it is ready to ride and tailored to you, you will need the following tools: a suspension pump, torque wrench including bit inserts, Allen key (4 mm, 5 mm, 8 mm), some grease for the pedal threads.

How fast can you ride the Porsche eBikes and what speed modes are available?

The Porsche eBikes can reach a speed of 25 km/h with motor support​. Above 25 km/h, you pedal with pure muscle power. The EP-801 motor offers two driving profiles: Profile 1 offers three support modes: Eco, Trail and Boost, while Profile 2's Fine Tune mode allows up to 15 support levels to be set individually.

Are there customisation options?

The chassis of the Porsche eBikes can be adjusted to the rider's weight via the air pressure in the suspension fork and suspension.

Are there accessories such as mudguards and luggage racks for the Porsche eBikes and where can I buy them?

The Porsche eBike can also be ridden when the drive system is switched off. A slight resistance to pedalling, which is caused by the motor transmission, must be taken into account.
