Once you have completed your order, we will immediately begin preparing it for shipment. Therefore, we ask for your understanding that withdrawals must be made by phone through our customer service department within 60 minutes of order completion. After this time window, you can refuse delivery using your tracking number via DHL tracking or return the shipment to us after delivery.
The order confirmation is displayed immediately after you conclude the purchase in the Porsche Online Shop. You also get an order confirmation by e-mail. If not, please contact Porsche Shop Support.
Problems may arise with your order if a server is technically overloaded. In this case we would ask you to place your order at a later time.
