What types of delivery are offered?

The following delivery methods are offered: standard shipping, express shipping and special freight for oversized items.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Delivery method and shipping costs vary for the product. This information is included in the details provided for each product.

What carrier is used to deliver my order?

Standard and express deliveries are fulfilled using FedEx. Specialty freight will vary depending on the product.

When will I receive my order?

Express orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Standard shipping arrives within 5–7 business days. Specialty freight arrives within 7–10 business days. Express orders placed before 10:30 AM PST on business days are processed the same day.

How can I check my order or delivery status?

In your delivery confirmation email, there is a link you can click to track your order. You can also find your orders and other relevant information by clicking here: My orders. For additional assistance, contact our Customer Service Center at customerservice@porsche-design.com.

Where can I view the current order/delivery status?

What should I do if my package is marked as delivered but I have not received it?

Please review your tracking link to confirm the delivery details and location. If the package is shown as delivered to the correct address, we recommend checking with household members or neighbors. If you are still unable to locate the package, please initiate a trace with FedEx and contact our Porsche Shop support team within 5 business days of the delivery date for further assistance.

I added the wrong delivery address in my order, can I update it afterwards?

For security and privacy reasons, the delivery address cannot be changed once an order has been placed. If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to your tracking details and contact the carrier (FedEx) directly. For further assistance, please contact Porsche Shop Support.

Who should I contact if there is an issue with the items in my order?

If any items are missing or there is an issue with your order, please contact Porsche Shop Support and include your order details along with a description of the issue. Images can help us assist you more efficiently.

What is the delivery process for freight items?

The freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery date and time. Our customer support team will provide tracking details once your order has shipped. Before accepting the shipment, please inspect the package carefully for any visible damage.

Porsche x Almond specific delivery disclaimer

Before you sign for your surfboard, open the box and inspect the surfboard for damages. Once the board is signed for, the shipping company is not liable for damages. To avoid issues with shipping claims, DO NOT sign for your package until you do a thorough inspection of the board.

Change of delivery method
