We only accept orders from Germany, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, USA, Bulgaria, Belgium, Netherlands, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden, Czech Republic, Poland, Denmark, Croatia, Austria, Slovenia and Canada. How can I cancel my order?

If you need to request to cancel an order, please contact Porsche Shop Support as soon as possible. A cancelled order request is only possible if the item has not shipped. We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier.

I placed an order. Why did I not receive an order confirmation?

The order confirmation is displayed immediately after you conclude the purchase in the Porsche Online Shop. You also get an order confirmation by email. If do not receive an order confirmation by email, please contact Porsche Shop Support.

What can I do if I have any problems placing my order online?

Problems may arise with your order if a server is unavailable due to technical reasons. You can either attempt to place your order at a later time or reach out to Porsche Shop Support.
