Can I exchange or return products?

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the product, but it must be in original packaging. Installed, used or altered merchandise will not be accepted. Exchanges are also accepted within 30 days of receiving the product and must also be in original packaging. For exchange requests, please contact Porsche Shop Support. Refund time frame may vary depending on the payment method and processing times between payment providers.

The Porsche Wall Charger Connect must be returned in unopened condition and must never have been installed. If the Porsche Wall Charger Connect was installed and is not working properly, please contact 1-800-PORSCHE for assistance with the repair/warranty process. If the Porsche Wall Charger Connect was installed it is not possible to return this product to Porsche.

Please note: We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to future orders being refused.

Do I pay for return shipping?

No, returns are free of charge. Each shipment contains a prepaid return shipping label. If a return shipping label is not included with your shipment, please contact Porsche Shop Support.

For the Porsche Wall Charger Connect, a return shipping label must be requested by contacting 1-800-PORSCHE.

What do I need to know if I return goods?

A return label is always included with your package, please use it. If you lose the label, contact Porsche Shop Support. Alternatively, you can return the goods via freight collect in the original packing with the completed return label to the following address:

How long does it take to process my returned goods?

It takes approximately 5 -7 business days for your returned package to reach our warehouse. Once received, refund time frame may vary depending on the payment method and processing times between payment providers.

When will I be refunded?

It takes up to 2 business days to process funds back to your account once they have been processed at the warehouse.

How can I cancel my order?

If you need to request to cancel an order, please contact Porsche Shop Support as soon as possible. A cancelled order request is only possible if the item has not shipped.
