Can I exchange or return products?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. For the 2025 holiday season, orders placed before 12/31/2025 may be returned until January 31, 2026. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and have all tags attached. Installed, used, stained, or altered items cannot be accepted. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, please return the unused item in original packaging with the free return label included with the order for a refund and place a new order for the correct size.

Refund timing may vary based on payment provider processing (typically 5–7 business days). The Porsche Wall Charger Connect must be returned unopened and uninstalled. If previously installed and not functioning, please contact 1-800-PORSCHE for repair/warranty support.

Please note: We monitor return activity. Excessive returns in breach of our terms may result in future orders being declined at our discretion.

Do I pay for return shipping?

No. A prepaid return label is included in each shipment. If missing, contact Porsche Shop Support. For the Wall Charger Connect, request a return label via 1-800-PORSCHE.

Please note: a restocking fee of 10% will be applied to all items that are shipped via Freight. E-BIKES, GAMING CHAIR, SOUNDBAR PRO, La Marzocco etc. Additional shipping charges will apply for the return of any large items such as but not limited to E-BIKES, Gaming Chair, Soundbar Pro 2.0, Wall Sculpture, Front Hood, La Marzocco Espresso Machines. A 10% restocking fee will also apply to any large item returns.

ELECTRONICS

Electronics delivered in damaged conditions, dead upon arrival, or still in original packaging can be shipped back to the Porsche Design Warehouse with the supplied return label. The 10% restocking fee will not apply for dead upon arrival items.

What do I need to know if I return goods?

Use the prepaid return label included with your order. If lost, contact Porsche Shop Support.

How long does it take to process my returned goods?

Returns typically reach our warehouse within 5–7 business days. Refund timing varies by payment provider (generally 5–7 business days after receipt).

When will I be refunded?

Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after your return is completed at the warehouse.

How can I cancel my order?

If you need to request to cancel an order, please contact Porsche Shop Support or Customerservice@porsche-design.com as soon as possible. Cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been shipped.
