Can orders be delivered outside of Canada?

No, please ensure your delivery address is a Canadian address. For delivery addresses in the USA, please refer to the US Porsche Shop. You can also purchase official Porsche products at your nearest Porsche Center. Canadian Porsche Center locations can be found here.

How can I cancel my order?

If you need to request to cancel an order, please contact Porsche Shop Support as soon as possible. A cancelled order request is only possible if the item has not shipped. Note: We offer a 30-day return policy. For more information, please see our Returns FAQ.

What can I do if I have any problems placing my order online?

Problems may arise with your order if a server is unavailable due to technical reasons. You can either attempt to place your order at a later time or reach out to Porsche Shop Support.

Why did I not receive an invoice for my order?

Invoices can be located in the dropdown menu in the upper right corner of the Porsche Shop account next to your name. Or just click the link here: My orders. An invoice is generated only when an order is shipped which can take several working days. If you do not receive an invoice for your order, please contact Porsche Shop Support.

Where can I find the invoice for my orders?

If you have a Porsche ID, your invoices are located in the ‘My Orders’ section. You can access it by clicking on ‘My orders’ in the dropdown menu in the upper right corner next to your name. If you do not have a Porsche ID, you will receive your invoice via the email you provided at checkout.
